SendNYC offers a variety of avenues to equip leaders in the areas of Gospel proclamation, church planting, and Kingdom expansion all toward the end goal of seeing churches planted in NYC. SendNYC has 4 main areas in which we equip leaders: Resources, Residency Programs, Seminars/ Conferences and Theological Education.


Resources- SendNYC will produce a series of resources that will be available in a variety of media formats in order to equip leaders for the city.

Residency Programs- Church Planting leaders will work with an existing church for a period of, at least, six months in order to gain practical insights and leadership competencies as they prepare to launch their own congregation.

Seminars/ Conferences- Periodic seminars and conferences will be hosted in the city, on college/ seminary campuses and other areas for the purpose and training future leaders for the city.

Theological Education- SendNYC will partner with The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary to create a world-class seminary extension center in New York City.  The goal will be to equip hundreds of leaders to serve in churches in the city.
